The meticulous work that went into making this '57 one of the cleanest ones you'll ever see is evident from top to bottom. This car will never disappoint as the quality is just impressive as the following these '57s carry 60 years after coming off the assembly line. The body on it is easily one of the nicest ones we've ever had the pleasure of owning. Every panel has a near perfect fit and all the body lines and trim line up flawlessly. It's covered in the Colonial Cream paint that a gorgeous luster with a mirror finish. Every piece of chrome and stainless on this '57 is like new. From the bumpers to the trim around the glass it looks as if it came off the showroom floor. The glass is all impressive and has one of the best fits we've ever seen on a Hard Top. This is a factory VC coded V8 Bel Air so you will not it has the Gold accented emblems all around. Also, it comes with the rear fender skirts. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of Painted Steel Wheels with Bel Air Hub Caps and Wide White Tires. Next, we will look at the interior of this '57. On the inside it's done in the Yellow and Black color scheme that compliments the Colonial Cream perfectly. The quality on the inside of this cars is equally impressive as everything carries the same show room condition. The jams are just as slick as the exterior of the car and we can see all new weather stripping and felts were installed. Every piece of trim on the inside has a brilliant shine from the door panels to the headliner and dash. Looking at dash we can see that it's painted the two-tone gray and black and that all the gauges are working and just as nice as they were when new. The added details are what make this restoration so iconic and that carries true to the interior with the Wonderbar radio and the bowtie tissue holder. The fit of the headliner is stunning, and the dome light is working. In the trunk it's all rock solid and the paint work is gorgeous. It is detailed out with the trunk mat, spare, and jack along with the jack instructions. Finally we will take a look at the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood it looks just as it would have new on the showroom floor. The detail is amazing and it's clean as a pin. It features the correct '57 model 283 Engine that's mated to the correct Power Glide Transmission and 3725899 Rear End with 3.55 Gears. The 283 is dressed in the factory style valve covers and air cleaner. You can even see that this Bel Air is set up with the factory style Power Steering and Power Brakes. This truly is a stunning example of a classic Bel Air Under the hood. Now when we look underneath it, you'll see that they did a phenomenal job with the frame off restoration. The floors were redone in body color and are just as slick as the rest of the exterior. The frame is detailed and black and just as slick. For exhaust it has the correct manifolds with new dual pipes mufflers. It's had new brakes and fuel lines installed along with a new gas tank. It does have Drums on all four corners, but everything looks new and has been inspected. Under the front all new ball joints and bushings were installed. As you would imagine this car runs and drives just as great as it looks. It's show and go ready and will be a great addition to anyone looking for a top shelf quality 57.
