Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1972 Plymouth BARRACUDA recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. Additional Description: RP Exotics is pleased to offer this stunning 1972 Plymouth Barracuda Hemi Cuda tribute!! Finished in black over a black interior it is in an absolutely menacing color combination. This car features an ORIGINAL 426 HEMI! No expense was spared in building and maintaining this wonderful example. The car comes with a stack of receipts highlighting the work that has gone into this car. The backstory- this car originally left the factory as a 340 4 speed car. It was originally sold in South Carolina, and remained there until 2005. In 1999-2000 it underwent a complete restoration where the 426 Hemi was sourced (THIS IS NOT A CRATE ENGINE). Body work was completed, and a Tremec T5 was installed, along with a Dana 60 rear end, and a set of custom Bespoke FOOSE wheels. The car was then purchased by an individual from St. Louis, MO in 2012. During his ownership, the car has gone through extensive perfecting in the form of maintenance, additions, and cosmetic changes. He has kept every single record since he purchased the car totaling over $37,000!!! a Wilwood full disk brake kit was installed, he had the HEMI engine rebuilt, and blueprinted by an expert shop to the highest standard. An upgraded hardened driveshaft was added. The maintenance file is over an inch thick. He is incredibly fastidious and the ultimate perfectionist. Genuinely no expense was spared. This Hemi Cuda tribute car is as nice as it gets. It drives wonderfully and has gobs of power. It needs nothing. Just turn the key and go! Trades are always welcome!
