Additional Description: GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro convertible for purchase. The 1st generation Camaro is the car that never goes out of style, and has inspired GM to redesign new Camaro's after these legendary road kings. 1968 was the 2nd year of the Camaro, and is known as the model to own by many collectors. GM launched the Camaro on an all-new platform in the pony car market along with the Pontiac Firebird in a response to the surprisingly high sales of the Ford Mustang. GM hit their own homerun with the F-body platform and sales quickly took off. The Camaro offered here is finished in Matador Red and shows well for its older restoration. It is powered by its 350 v8 that does not appear to be numbers matching mated to a power glide transmission. The engine compartment is neat and tidy. Highlights include power steering, power brakes with discs in the front, dual exhaust, AM/FM radio, center console, spare tire, shop books and manuals, power brakes and power steering. The car also comes with a folder of various receipts over the years. This car is a must have and is ready to go.

Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1968 Chevrolet CAMARO recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 1968 Chevrolet CAMARO problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.
